The girl in the park had been kidnapped, and the case gone cold; but the bulk of the book was about a teenager found on a skiff, her parents kidnapped, and the girl was frightened. So many great inventions came into play to protect her.

At first I was worried that a new character would be a disappointment. I love the Jill quint books but what a surprise!! A really interesting plot with a strong female protagonist made me dive right in. enjoyed the whole book and left me wanting more.

I'm always inspired by the world around me. In this picture, I'm near a trail off a certain chair lift at a particular ski resort that served as my fictional murder scene in A BRECK DEATH. One moment I can be enjoying the great outdoors and in another, a story is inspired.
I've visited 95% of the locations in my stories and there are bits of truth woven through my stories. I really did visit a certain mall in Dallas and a woman who recently had some work done on her face was shopping. Little did she know that she would end up being a part of a future story. Likewise, two friends have been featured as characters (at their request) in two books.
